2011-12 WISCONSIN PERFORMANCE TRYOUT INFORMATION
We want your experience with our organization to be an enjoyable one, right from the first day. To help you prepare for the tryout process, anything and everything you need to know is listed below. Please take the time to follow the simple steps mapped out for you.
We will be offering three different opportunities for you to tryout with our club. Attend as many as you'd like…..but please pre-register prior to any of them. The $40.00 tryout fee ($50.00 the day of) covers all three tryouts and one tryout shirt with number (must be worn to any of our tryouts). Paperwork only needs to be submitted once.

REGISTRATION PROCEEDURE

The 2011-12 season is right around the corner! Badger Region/USA Volleyball Membership registration via Webpoint is OPEN NOW! In order to attend a clinic or tryout, prospective athletes must be registered with the Badger Region for the new season. Specific step by step instructions for registration are posted at:

Once you register online, we ask that you place the following four items in an envelope.....
* USAV Membership Card (available to you after completing your online registration)
* 2011-2012 Player Medical History and Release w/o notary

IMPORTANT TRYOUT REMINDERS

* You are strongly encouraged to save money and mail the required registration forms and fees listed above PRIOR to tryouts. Walk ups with registration paperwork will be charged a tryout fee of $50.00.
* Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tryout time.
* Each athlete participating in our tryouts will be challenged/evaluated in a series of stations; skill testing, scrimmage, position training and physical testing. From there, offers will be made to participate with a group of players that tested out the same or similar.
* During the first tryout period only, we will not be cutting at the 12's, 13's, or 14's level. Our 'tryouts' for these age groups give us a chance to properly evaluate the athlete and place them in the appropriate program. This no-cut policy is in place to allow for any athlete with interest in the game of volleyball to be properly introduced to it.
* Athletes trying out at the 15's, 16's, 17's and 18's level are subject to cuts. No different than the high school programs out there, quality of play and speed of the game at the high school level demands more. Club volleyball will demand even more.
* Club Director/Coaches will be available to answer you questions at the beginning of each tryout session.
